If you love riding your motorcycle, you'll love this place. Although kind of small, this place has a very decent inventory of riding gear and plenty of bikes in inventory to choose from. The best thing is the staff, they are very helpful and nice people to deal with. this place is 200% better than the other guys at Schaumburg (cycle ge@r)

The Toy Shop is a fantastic motorcycle store!Despite being busy, the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every customer, including myself, felt taken care of. They were knowledgeable and very helpful while I browsed around, answering any questions I had. Go in and say hi to the great doggos inside and hang out. This place makes you feel comfortable in all regards. I definitely plan to return for my motorcycle needs. Highly recommend!

The guys at the toy shop made it happen. I ordered a Austin Racing exhaust and a DNA air filter for my 2023 yamaha mt10. It took some time for the exhaust to come in but once it did it was quick. I dropped off the motorcycle on Tuesday and it was all installed, flashed/dyno tuned and ready by Friday! It's been over two weeks now and the motorcycle looks great, performs flawlessly and sounds even better. THANKS GUYS!

Labor Day Weekend At ToyShop. I was kinda out of it trying to figure my tire situation out. However I got in contact with the right team. Customer service care through the roof per usual! I was in a pickle with a nail in the rear tire and was torn on what to do. With only a few hours till close. Vince was able to squeeze my bike in. And answer all my crazy last minute tire questions!!! Thanks again bud! Toy shop has the best Bike Mechanics; But, “Trace” is something special very kind and beyond patient! I was upset about not getting my alpinestars supertech r10 helmet locally in Canada after 2-3 months pre order. I looked up alpinestars website and they showed only The Toy Shop & Motolounge has one in stock out of all US and Canada. I called them past weekend and rep named Rollar was super helpful and was knowledgeable about across border shipping. Transaction was super quick, smooth and I received helmet in 3 days. Went in wanting a new helmet for my birthday, having an Idea of what I wanted but not certain. Mike as always super helpful and truly knowledgeable about protective gear, helped me select the best fitting helmet I have ever had on my head in 34 years of riding. He didn't have my first choice graphic in stock but checked availability and ordered for me right away. No pressure to buy a compromise color or fit. Just a good stand up dude. I also purchased a bluetooth com unit to go with the helmet that they offered to install for me when it arrived. One of Mikes team members Rollie (spelling?) installed it for me when it came in, super clean work not even finger prints and it was ready to go when I came in to pick up my helmet. If you live in the area and are looking for gear PLEASE give these guys a chance to earn your business. Shop local they are worth it!!!!
